All items are packaged with extreme care and attention - we pride ourselves on delivering your order quickly, efficiently and in perfect condition.
All items will be processed for packing and postage on the day that payment is recieved (before 1pm) otherwise your item will be processed for dispatch the following day.
Delivery times above are a guide only and Narvic Gifts & Toys cannot be held responsible should deliveries take longer once they are in the postal system.
You will be advised as soon as your parcel has been dispatched and the service used. If a trackable service has been used then you will be given all the relevant details to track the order.
All orders are sent fully insured for your peace of mind.
Overseas customers please note that the declared value for customs is always displayed on the parcel and you are responsible for any import duty and taxes that you may incur. We do not and will not change the declared value for customs or mark the parcel as a gift so please do not ask.
Refunds / Contract Cancellation
Refunds are given at the discretion of company management
If you are a consumer you have the right, to cancel the contract and receive a full refund.
You must inform us in either writing or electronic mail of your desire to cancel within seven working days commencing on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You then have a reasonable period to return the goods to us.
You must return the goods to us at your cost in an unused and re-saleable condition and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, within 30 days of cancellation in writing or electronic mail from you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Damages/Returns
If you should find after inspection that the goods you receive are defected or damaged, please follow this procedure to return goods:
Please inform us within 7 days of the delivery, giving us the following information
- Your Name and Address
- Your Order Number
- The item that is damaged or defective
- Details of any problems or damage
If you suspect that the damage may have been caused by the courier/postal service, then please keep the packaging for inspection.
We will then contact you and agree a resolution to the problem. This would be a full refund, a replacement item, or any other mutually agreed resolution.
Where Narvic Gifts & Toys requests the return of an item, then Narvic Gifts & Toys will refund any postage incurred, and supply you with a MRN (merchandise return number).
Please do not send back faulty goods without contacting us first. Narvic Gifts & Toys will not compensate you for the cost of returning such goods unless you have a MRN.
