To heat simply place in a microwave for 2 minutes and it will keep warm for 20 minutes to 2 hours depending on the outside temperature.

Why not use it to fragrance your room by placing on a warm radiator, then relax and enjoy the soothing aroma of lavender that will fill the room.

Can also be used as a cold pack by simply placing in a plastic bag and putting it in the freezer.
